Returns Policy Number One Beds 

You can cancel or return your bed at any point in the order process.

If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will, however, incur a delivery return fee of £50. Deliveries are usually dispatched from our warehouse the day before the prearranged delivery date. If your delivery is scheduled for a Sunday or Monday the delivery leaves us the Friday before.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If we have an offer by which you have benefited from such as vouchers and you have already received the voucher code, you will be refunded less the amount of vouchers you have received.

If for any reason you wish to return the goods, please note that you have seven working days in which to report this to us. The following conditions apply:

(a.) The goods are returned to us at a charge of £50 to the consumer, this is to recover part of the collection cost.

(b.) If we have an offer by which you have benefited from such as vouchers and you have already received the voucher code, you will be refunded less the amount of vouchers you have received as well as the returns fee.

(c.) Any upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable including the upgraded two-man service and the Premium setup charge as these are for the service provided)

(d.) The consumer must retain possession and take good care of the goods until we come and collect them.

(e.)The goods are returned in the original packaging (goods that are delivered by courier are very well packaged both by the manufacturer and then by ourselves).

(f.) The items have not been partially or fully assembled (items will then not be in a re-saleable condition).

(g.) Mattresses must not be opened or slept on.

This returns policy excludes any special order items such as made to measure mattresses etc. Such items are made to orders only and therefore cannot be returned.

Collections are on an all-day service between 8.30am- 5.30pm due to courier restrictions.

The returns charge does not apply to damaged items due to a manufacturers fault.

If your item is damaged on arrival please sign it as damaged on the courier’s form and contact us immediately. If you have not signed for the items as damaged please contact us within 7 working days in order that we can organize a replacement or a collection of the damaged item. We may request photos of the damaged item so that we can view the damage. This will help us deal with your

The terms & conditions above also apply to faulty items that need exchanging or collecting i.e. the items need to be packaged and kept in good condition. Collections are also an all-day service whether the item is faulty or not.

Please note if you want to return an item at the point of delivery for any reason (e.g. it does not fit you will still incur the return fee of £50.00 once the item has been dispatched.
